I recently got disqualifed from the military for subjective reasons. Why was I discriminated against and is this a violation of EOC?

Not a violation and there is no appeal.  The military is specifically exempt from ADA and they are under zero obligation to let you enlist

Okay, I'm in a good mood. I'll play.

Mental health issues are NOT subjective.
