How would you remove your 17 year old daughters tattoo on her hand that she got without your permission?

I would take her back to whomever put it on her hand and have him or her figure out how to remove it, free of charge, in exchange for not being arrested.

Oh, heck. That is a very tedious, painful process.

You can't, it would be an assault to try to make her have it removed, you could sue the tattoo parlour who broke the law by doing a tattoo on someone under 18.

i think sandpaper is the easiest and cheapest way to remove it. it will also hurt like hell which is a good punishment for her

At 17, somebody had to give the  artist the permission to do it.

Nobody said it was done by an artist.

The only way to remove it is with laser. Let her get the laser treatment as a lesson. The pain she gets will stop her from getting another tattoo.
