Is this flour or white mold?

    It looks kind of powdery. But you still don't know. I wouldn't trust it.

    That would be either white flower, or it would be a type of glaze they put on certain pastrys such as donughts or crossiants.

    When mold forms on bread/other food, it takes on a green or blueish color, and you would be able to smell the stench of it right away!

    mold on bread usually appears blueis green and you can smell it before it appears. the bread often has a strong musty or "moldy" smell.

    That is a dusting of flour.

    Looks like a dusting of flour to me.  Mould grows in more definite spots.

    Looks like flour. What kind of white mold grows on bread? It's blue/green.
