Olive Garden food is not authentic Italian food, in any way shape or form.

My grandparents Came From Italy and trust me, an authentic Italian meal with real fresh tomato sauce is not something that can be ordered from a menu and served within 20 minutes.

Olive Garden is a fast food chain restaurant who's menu is made from food that has been pre-packaged and delivered to the restaurant to be reheated and served.

Its mass produced, processed, highly americanized, italian food but yes. Some of the dishes are authentic. They dont taste nearly as good as anything you'll find in Italy though. And most wont be served in the same style

It is about as real as Taco Bell is authentic Mexican food or Panda Express being authentic Chinese food.

No.  It's Italian-American.  Most Italians wouldn't recognise it.
