Why is your cat in a cage? Cats use a litter pan to pee/poop in. Are you not providing one for your cat to use?

Cat should not be kept in a cage.  Where is the litter pan?  Cats use a litter pan to pee and poop in.  Get a litter pan and let the cat out of the cage.  Or rehome the cat to someone that KNOWS what they are doing.

Get rid of the cat. Dumpsters work well

She is stressed, no cat should be in a cage, they need to roam free!

so don't lock her in there all the time.  if you can't afford, properly and humanely care for an animal, you shouldn't keep one.  i provide my cat a litter box and he never has accidents.  he's 16 too.
