Does guilt from leaving a relationship you didn’t want die?

    Not sure why you'd feel guilty. People break up every day. And i'm sure that you've now discovered that, getting into a relationship with someone you're not that interested in is a big mistake for you.

    Be selective about who you date and who you get together with.

    I'm going to assume that you left a relationship that wasn't working out for you but the other person wanted right? I've done that a couple times due to personal insecurities and let me tell you it takes a long time to let that guilt go. It sucks hurting a person that was into the relationship. It feels like you let them down and obviously you cared for them in some aspect. In the end you have to realize that's just how relationships work and not everything is meant to be. Eventually they will move on and your guilt will lessen.
