How and where can a individual from India can sell dried vegetables and dried fruits? Are there any restaurants or exporters who buy them?

    Umm, short answer:  nobody will buy Indian fruits  and vegetables.  This is because we are well aware of the unsanitary practices of hindoos.  These include but are not limited to the following:

    1.) Drinking cow urine

    2.) Cooking animal dung

    3.) Worshiping elephants and monkeys

    Local market? Someone selling there may want a batch to sell. You would have to undercut their supplier or provide goods of a better quality though. 

    Or open a market stall? I've no idea how easy or difficult that would be though. And obviously it would only be viable if you had a significant quantity and variety.
