There are none.
Conception is when the egg and sperm join. That does not always happen ON the day of sex. Sperm can live for up to five days and wait for the egg. So - conception might happen up to five days after sex.
When conception happens - pregnancy is still not guaranteed and there would still be no signs of actual pregnancy at this point. Implantation happens sometime between 6 to 10 days after conception. If implantation is successful, then pregnancy hormones will start to increase.
By the time all that happens, it is almost time for the next period. Missing that period is the first symptom that might actually be related to a possible pregnancy. When the period is late, then a pregnancy test is the final way to determine if pregnancy is the reason.
ALL possible early pregnancy symptoms CAN and DO happen for OTHER REASONS. There are NO reliable pregnancy symptoms until you get a positive pregnancy test.

There are NO 'early stage symptoms of pregnancy' only 5 days after having sex. Even if an egg was fertilized then, you wouldn't even BE pregnant only 5 days later. "Conception" doesn't happen at the moment an egg is fertilized. It's going to take at least 10 days after an egg is fertilized before it implants (conception) into the lining of the uterus and establishes a pregnancy. Until (and unless) that happens, you're not pregnant.
The earliest symptom (or sign) of a suspected pregnancy is always going to be if your period is at least one week overdue.

There aren't any. Conception may not have even happened until just now, it can take up to five days to conceive. Then you need to implant (seven to ten days after conception) and produce enough hCG before you get symptoms. First one is a missed period.

There are no "early" anything. S/S *Signs and symptoms of Pregnancy **THERE ARE NO SIGNS IN THE FIRST 4 to 6 WEEKS.
For example, nausea can be a discomfort (morning sickness), but if, in combination with significant vomiting, it causes water-electrolyte imbalance it is a complication. Common symptoms and discomforts of pregnancy include: Tiredness, Constipation, Pelvic girdle pain, Back pain. Occasional, irregular, and often painless contractions that occur several times per day. Edema (swelling). Common complaint in advancing pregnancy. Increased urinary frequency. Urinary tract infection. Regurgitation, heartburn, and nausea. Pregnancy-related stretch marks. Breast tenderness and tingling is common during the first trimester, and is more common in women who are pregnant at a young age.

It takes around 10 days for the egg to get to the womb and then implant there so that is why you wait until period is late and take a test and usually symptoms don't start till around 6 weeks pregnant

Any quote unquote pregnancy symptoms you think you may be experiencing are all in your head. If you conceived 5 days ago, what could be growing inside of you is smaller than the period at the end of this sentence.
If your Is late, take a pregnancy test.

There are NO symptoms 5 days after intercourse even if the egg has been fertilized. Whatever you are experiencing is not because you could be pregnant.

Honey, you are way too young and uneducated on pregnancy if you think there are pregnancy symptoms just 5 days after sex. You will not feel any symptoms what so ever until your period is due which is when you'd be around 5wks pregnant.
Stop having sex, finish highschool, educate yourself on your body & pregnancy (I suggest this book - https://amzn.to/2RMbXdM), get on birth control, always use condoms to protect against STDS, go to college, get a good job, buy a home and get married. Then you will be ready for sex.
Remember as the song says - (names) sitting in a tree, K I S S I N G, first comes love, then comes marriage then comes (name) with a baby carriage.
When you do things out of order they never work out.
