Do people born on the leap day (29th of Feb) age yearly or only every 4 years?

    They celebrate their birthday on either Feb 28th or March 1st and yes, they age every year, same as us common folk. I'm still so mad...my brother was SO CLOSE to being a leap baby, born March 1st at 4:38AM in 1992. I begged my mom to hurry up and push him out...ah, 7 year old me :)

    Legally they age yearly.  When it is not a leap year, they become a year older as soon as it is March 1st .  Otherise they'd stay at school until 72 years after they were born.

    Everyone ages yearly . Though only their birthdate is celebrated every 4 .
