Is it ok to run an hour everyday?

Or is that classed as overexercising?

It's great. That's what I do. Especially for women. We don't need to "rest our muscles" like they're always telling men. That's only for weight lifting, not cardio, and women don't need it.

your knees were not made for running on concrete like that, you can easily do a variety of calisthenics at home, for 20 min , but not after 7pm .....presuming you have some down time before eating, you can easily do running in place, leg lifts, arm rolls, during commercials....don't over do it, be nice to yourself

Its good if you want to be a runner, but not helpful for staying lean and muscular.

The problem is, by the end of the week you will be miles away from home.

As long as you are healthy, feeling good, eating and drinking wisely, all is good.

No, it's  not overexercising.  As long as you are in good health, an hour a day of exercise is good.  It doesn't necessarily have to be running each day, though--you might alternate with days of doing other forms of exercise.
