Can all Americans going through court cases, send lawyers to testify on their behalf, like trump does?
Which ones were on the Ukraine call?

Trump has done no such thing since he's become president, because there have been no court cases involving him. Giving evidence to a committee or an inquiry is not being in court.

To testify is to take an oath to tell the truth and give evidence. Lawyers don't testify; they argue, which is putting the evidence in a light most favorable to their client.

In some trials, yes. If you don't need to testify you may not have to appear.

Um, yes? The defendant doesn't have to say a word.

Lawyers advocate your position 100 percent of the time. That's their job dumbass.
