Can all Americans going through court cases, send lawyers to testify on their behalf, like trump does?

Trump has done no such thing since he's become president, because there have been no court cases involving him. Giving evidence to a committee or an inquiry is not being in court.

To testify is to take an oath to tell the truth and give evidence. Lawyers don't testify; they argue, which is putting the evidence in a light most favorable to their client.

Lawyers advocate your position 100 percent of the time. That's their job dumbass.
