How would you say "You know I'm like half deaf" and  "You know I can't hear anything to save my life" in Spanish ?

When I say, "I'm like half deaf" I don't mean literally deaf. Please I would like fluent speaker's or native speaker's responses.

Is "sabes que no puedo eschucar nada para salvar mi vida " the correct way to say, "You know I can't hear anything to save my life" or is too literal ?
