Vestibular sensory receptors are hair cells located at vestibular sacs found inside the semi-circular canals of the auditory system. Because these canals are filled with fluid, hair cells react to gravity to give information about the body's plane of movement - right/left, forward/back, and up/own.

So, because of the distance from the sun to the earth is so large, we can't with these hair sensors, feel the sun's gravity, we don't feel this motion. Similarly we don't feel the spin of the earth as it is mostly constant. We only feel changes in movement that move these hairs.

The Gravity that we have stops us from flying off into space

It overcomes the Gravity even of the Sun

This is why we don't feel the Spin of the Earth, or its Orbit

Because we're attached to the Earth and move with it.

Earth is in a free fall around the sun and so are you, so there is nothing to feel. What do you expect to feel?

We are moving with the Earth. We only feel movement when the thing we are on changes direction or speed.

We can’t feel Earth rotating because we’re all moving with it, at the same constant speed. Earth spins on its axis once in every 24-hour day. At Earth’s equator, the speed of Earth’s spin is about 1,000 miles per hour. The day-night has carried you around in a grand circle under the stars every day of your life, and yet you don’t feel Earth spinning. Why not? It’s because you and everything else – including Earth’s oceans and atmosphere – are spinning along with the Earth at the same constant speed. It’s only if Earth stopped spinning, suddenly, that we’d feel it. Then it would be a feeling similar to riding along in a fast car, and having someone slam on the brakes!

Because everything on Earth is moving at the same rate with you.
