Is drinking more milk than water good?

I'm trying to lose weight so I'm cutting off sugary drinks and only eating greens and drinking water and lots of milk. Will I still lose weight if I continue to drink more milk than water?

If it's regular milk then you are drinking lots of the fat that milk naturally contains.

Milk is full of natural sugars. If you drink a lot of it, you will GAIN weight, and it can also cause digestive upsets.

No, drink a glass a day for the calcium, but it won't help you lose weight. You are better off with water.

Milk isn't a diet food. Like i've said before, a mother cow produces milk for her baby, who nurses from her and gains about 1,200 pounds the first year of his life.

If you drink mainly milk you will end up drinking hundreds of calories. If you account for those calories and don't overeat you can still lose weight. The problem is drinking calories is less filling so you might end up hungrier but you can certainly try it.
