How can I get Section 8 voucher applications ?

I have a intellectual disability can y'all help me please and i am homeless

    You will have to get on the waiting list.  There is no prioritizing people.  The waiting list is usually anywhere from 3 to 13 years long, depending on the state.  Homeless now?  Homeless is not going to qualify you.  Section 8 is for the working poor.  You need a job and job history, good credit and -  try a homeless shelter.  Most of those will kick you out after two weeks.  They are only for a temporary stay, not a rental  place.  Get a job, and don't be picky.

    Homeless right...ask the librarian for some guidance on where you need to go for social services.

    You go to the housing authority office for your county.  Just an FYI: Section 8 is not a fast process. Waiting lists can be as long as 10 yr.  Many highly populated areas are not even taking applications.
