I’ve always gotten good grades, but I do bad on those state tests and PSAT?

Why am I like this? I have always done well in school. Right now I even have straight A’s. But I always do bad on those tests the state give on the computer, and the PSAT’s and ACT’s. I always got a level 1 or 2 on the state tests, and only got a 3 once. On the PSAT, I can only get to 800-900.. I feel like a failure. This prevented me from being in the gifted program as a child.

It depends on what classes you have taken and at what level. What knowledge you have and how well you can use that knowledge. Your organization and time management skills can affect your ability to score high too.
