Would you be offended ? Should I have confronted / said something back?
Lets you were at a train station and you accidentally got into a situation where you and the other person were blocking each other so you smiled . After this happened , the woman has a blank look on their face and says something about “the way” (not sure what she was saying ) . Was she trying to blame me / be disrespectful?
Thanks in advance

You would never know in this hypothetical situation ("Let's say that..." --which you wrote) because you are not sure what she said. If she HAD said "You're in my way," "get out of the way," or similar, it could have been factual to pushy/annoying as directed at you -- anywhere along that spectrum of facts or intentions on her part. If it was something else, we'll never really know.
