What is the 'real' Chinese secret to cripsy sesame beef strips with sticky asian sauce?

Please Sensei, I now feel worthy of the honour, this has always been my cooking ambition in life

    A light coating of corn starch usually gives the beef a crispy exterior when cooked. As for the sauce, I am sorry, I have no ready answer for that mystery.

    It is the cornstarch and then frying that makes it crispy.
