Sure, but bisques are so rich and creamy you may not need or want the extra carbs or the texture. I've been given crackers with bisques as good restaurants, so clearly some people like it that way.

Of course you can,crackers and soup have a long happy relationship together.There even was a "saltine like" cracker made years ago (I'm uncertain if they're still available) called oysteretts (SP) that were especially made to accompany seafood dishes. Saltines and/or Ritz come to mind,but really most any cracker can be used.
