Do social media, insecurity, isolation , and mental illness go hand in hand?

Yeah we can hide in here all the time and never come out to face the other world if we don't want to.  Some of us may even consider it more dangerous to go out there now than it was millions of years ago when we had to hide in caves hoping the dinosaurs don't smell us out.  Sane?  Not a bit.  Too bad reality is such a way.  Perhaps in the future it wont be.

A little of everything in moderation is a sensible way to go.  If you rely too much on 'Social Media', it could lead to isolation and mental health issues.  If however, if you use it, every now & then, it can be perfectly safe and enjoyable.

I'm sure they do. All of them have a negative impact.

So important to spend time with others and experience the happiness that comes from giving of ourselves.
