In Idaho do they have helmet laws for motorcycles now?

Did they make it ilegal to ride without a helmet in Boise?

    Nope. It's still legal to ride without a helmet anywhere in Idaho.

      U to Lazy to Help a bro? The law was nebulous.  May be not enforced, like Mexico.

    18 and over no helmet is required. 

    Here is the law:

    No person under eighteen (18) years of age shall ride upon a motorcycle as operator or passenger, upon any highway, unless at all times when so operating or riding upon the vehicle he is wearing, as part of his motorcycle equipment, a protective safety helmet of a type and quality equal to or better than the standards established for helmets by the director.

    If younger than 18 yes you wear on the street.

    All ATV riders MUST  wear.
