Im trying to beef up what should my diet plan be?
Im an average
guy right now but im looking to beef up for wider shoulders and arms ect.
Problem is i dont eat any fruit or veg (except potatoes”, i dont like fish im really fussy.
Ill eat any other meats like chicken stake and so on but im not sure what diet plan to have to beef up properly because any diet plan is full of stuff i dont like.
what have you got in mind?
(Please nobody say well just eat the stuff you dont like because if i wanted to do that I wouldn’t be writing this😂”
