how to lose weight ?

Mostly on arms/back!!

Any beginners workouts and stuff??

    1.  Eat more vegetables, all of the time.

    2.  Build a better breakfast.

    3.  Skip sugary beverages.

    4.  Take a walk!

    6.  Eat High Protein - Breakfast

    7.  Eat your food slowly.

    8.  Avoid Sugary Drinks & Fruit Juice.

    9.  Choose Weight loss Friendly food.

    10.Do Exercise Daily.
