How can the equivalent radial and axial loads on bearings supporting a vertical shaft with an attached load calculated?

The attached load does not act through the bearing axis. The vertical shaft supports a swinging barrier as shown below in the approach that I have currently used.

The reaction moment provided by the bearings are taken as a couple and radial force Fr determined from that. Is this approach correct?

Update:

9.261N is the weight of the barrier (the ABCD loop).
