Is it true that now whenever “President Trump” is mentioned people will think “he got impeached”? It’s a permanent stain on his legacy?

Yep. Along with all of his lies.

I know the democrats in Congress impeached President Trump, but the Senate trial has not finished.  We have some people in Congress that have been there way too long.  They are corrupted, greedy and arrogant.  They don't want change of any kind and the American people put Donald Trump into office to stir up the government and get a control on congressional spending.

No. How many people are thinking that when Bill Clinton walks into a room?

Yes ... this dubious distinction is indelible. But moreover, why?

Clinton's misconduct (which led to impeachment) began w/ infidelity behavior that wasn't illegal. The GAO just announced, when trump decided to withhold aid to Ukraine, that was illegal ... BIG difference.

Only 3 have been impeached. Clinton for lying about an affair , in an impeachment effort led by Speaker Gingrich ( who was also lying about an affair.)

Andrew Johnson and Trump's transgressions were far more serious and Trump's are on-going. So, yes it should be a stain on his legacy.

And he'll wear it like a badge of honor during his second term!
