    Drive NORMAL.

    No speeding.

No sudden stops (unless it is to avoid an accident)

Consider getting an extension for her seat belt since it can make it easier to adjust the position of the seat belt straps and might make it more comfortable for her especially during the last trimester.

How about driving to the courthouse and marrying her? That is how you show her that you'll stay with her and raise a child for 18 years.

As long as you're not imitating the dudes on 'Fast and Furious,' you should be good to go.

Because normally you drive like an idiot, presumably?

Because you usually drive not taking care or dangerously? Grow up

Do you normally drive wildly and erratically?  Do you not care about getting into a serious accident with a NON-pregnant girlfriend?

There is no special way you need to drive during pregnancy -- yours or someone else's.   Drive safely and defensively, just as you (hopefully) do every day.
