Special needs passport pictures mouth open and teeth showing?

My daughter is special needs we got her passport pictures taken today...She won’t close her mouth her mouth is open and her teeth showing will passport office give me a hard time

    The passport office is extremely picky when it comes to photos. They don't care who you are, an infant or special needs person, they require that you follow their photo standards. When my brother was a toddler, he needed his photo to be retaken because he had a slight frown. You'll have to get her to close her mouth somehow.

      No, she doesn't.  If that's the child's natural expression and she looks that way when using the passport, it's fine.
