All batteries whether in your phone, in your car or motorbike, contain the same material, they only differ in size, shape, and capacity.

Obviously not the same physical size in most cases. Other than that CCA can be around the same. My Battery is made by antigravity. Battery has 480 cranking amps and is a 12 cell unit. It all depends on what your needs are.

In most cases yes, they use a standard lead acid battery. Sometimes of the type that you have to add water to, sometimes sealed batteries that do not need water added. Modern ones are 12 volt but you can find older vehicles that use 6 volts.

The size and voltage are the differences. Motorcycle batteries are about 1/4 the size of a car battery and while there are 12volt motorcycle batteries most of the electronics on a bike run on 6 volts or less. Most of the electronics in cars are 12 volt.

It is all the same, except that the motorcycle engine being smaller means that a smaller battery can be used
