    Sadly a lot of non-incarcerated people also live that way. One wonders what your point is.

    I was unaware that segregated prisons still existed. Where do they keep the white prisoners there?

    It's a disgrace. It needs to be investigated.  I hope you are doing something about it.  Use your voice to end inhumane treatment in that hell hole.
