If you're jogging a 10km in 60 minutes now. Would it be possible to do it in 50 minutes by late May? I have run 52 mins before.?

Sure. If you're "jogging" (very slow run) that distance in 1 hr now, then you should easily be able to put in some training so that when you actually run, and put forth more effort, you can gain that 10 mins. You've got 4 months to work on your speed and strength training the muscles to help you increase it.
