Will there be a united Ireland anytime in the near future.?

Yes. There is no way that the South can exist in the EU while the North and UK are outside it, so I think there will have to be an attempt by the South to unite with the rest of the British Isles. At which point we will tell them to f--- off, but never mind. It is the thought that counts.

The English don't like to return what they'd stolen centuries ago. But Orla is right...we are getting closer.

It's going to take some time, but right now is the closest we've ever been to having a united Ireland.

There might if Brexit doesn't go well for Northern Ireland. But with the way those Oompa Loompa's disrespect our language, I would rather let them go Independent and suffer the consequences. Then they'll realise that they're not as hot shít as they think they are.

Within the next 20 years, once there is a vote on unity there must be one held every 7 years until unity is achieved

"in the near future" No......... the only way would be the people of Northern Ireland want it and pushed for a referendum and at this point in time they don't...

Depends if you measure time in centuries.
Do not expect it the next few days.
