That is the tire pressure sensor light. If it's solid it means you need to check the tire pressure in all the tires and fill them. If it's flashing it means the battery in the sensor if malfunctioning or dying. Take it to a tire shop if it's flashing.

You probably have one tire that has low pressure. Look at your tires. Does one or more of them have a bulge at the bottom of it? The ones bulging at the bottom need more air in them. How much psi the tire needs is written on them. Read the lettering it will clearly say how much PSI they take.

It's a tire pressure warning. The car thinks one (or more) of your tires is under pressure.  Get yourself a pressure gauge and check them.

The upside down horseshoe with the !.  That’s the low tire pressure warning. It’s time to fill your tires with air if you haven’t fill your tires within the past 3 or 4 months. If you live in a cold state then you can ignore it if you’ve added air recently. It’s like deflate-gate. Brady’s excuse was that the cold air made the ball pressure dropped by several PSI.
