Dude we already told you what to do several times. CONFIRM what voltage is the alternator putting out when the engine is running with a multimeter. Take the Expedition to a good mechanic if you do not know how to use a multimeter. You will be the Ford Expedition troll if you ask the same question again.

Check the fusible links in the engine compartment fuse box. The fusible link that protects the alternator and electrical system may be blown.
The fusible links are the large fuses.
The battery won't get charged if it is blownSource(s): Mitsubishi Master Tech

What year is it ?? Ford played-around with a battery clamp system made-out of SHEET METAL back around the early 2000's, and they didn't work. they can LOOK OK but not conduct enough juice to start a car. IF you have the sheet-metal stamping battery clamps, replace them with the solid lead ones ................
