Can the Democrats in "House of Representatives" Impeach the POTUS because (they hate him &) regardless of what kind of evidence is presented?

In the disinformation bubble you live in, that is true, but in the world of actual facts, the opposite is true.
Now, we are all hoping that for the sake of our country, some of you choose to get un-brainwashed. We welcome you.

In practice, yes.

Well, Trump was given a chance to prove his innocence but he chose to ignore the subpoenas. Then his staff could have testified in his defense as well, but Trump forbids them to testify. They are also subpoenaed.
Instead, Trump sent in his clowns to create a circus and they did. What is very obvious was that they actually supported the charges that Trump is facing which was to start rumors and lies to use against the Bidens. That is exactly what the Republicans did--and they did it on National TV. They used lies and propaganda against Joe Biden and his kid. Trump ordered them to throw dirt on his political opponent, Joe Biden--just like they did Obama and Hillary. They slandered his son Hunter Biden all day every day accusing him of doing things with no evidence.
Even a blind man can see that the Trumpublicans are trying to get Joe Biden so upset and angry that he drops out of the race.
Republicans are corrupt. They run dirty campaigns. They are spending an awful lot of taxpayer money on sending Nunes, Giuliani, Pompeo, and Barr on trips to Russia and Europe demanding world leaders give them some gossip to fuel their conspiracy theories --that the FBI and CIA are crooked but Putin is a saint. It seems like the US taxpayers are paying for Trump's private lawyers and his presidential campaign.

Nope, but they can and should impeach him for his crimes.

They can and they have with nothing but hearsay, conjecture and opinion.

I mean technically yes. Is it moraIIy right though? No
However, that's not what's happening. What's happening is the opposite. RepubIicans refuse to impeach him because they know it would be a huge blunder for the party. Even those Republicans that were outspokenly against him in the beginning had to switch to supporting him because they knew it would kill the party to have a president with low approvaI ratings, especiaIIy from his own party members.

No. And we've already heard the evidence. Several of his appointees, supporters and givers of money to his campaign testified that he tried to blackmail Ukraine with taxpayer money for his own political gain. Stop trying to act like there's no evidence.
