Dems even suggest the Senate is exactly like a jury and that's why they're not allowed to take a side.
If that applies to the senate, shouldn't it apply to the Lower House in their Spanish-Inquisition-style onslaught we've just witnessed? Which put them squarely in the corner of the bloodthirsty prosecution?
Jurors don't even ask questions in a trial, much less, conduct the entire trial.
