Since Trump appealed the House subpoenas to the courts, how is that Obstruction of Justice?

    That's not how our system works. If you open your door and a man hands you a subpoena, you are required to show up. You don't get to say "Oh, I don't agree with the people on the other side, so I'll just stay home." "Oh that cop gave me a ticket and I'm supposed to appear in court, but I think the cop was out to get me so I won't show up."

    It has never happened before, even by Nixon and Clinton.

      Sally: Not true. Congress is not superior to the Executive Branch. So if subpoenaed they can go to the Judicial branch to see if which side they are on. Their decision will be binding.

    It isn't. The courts also agreed to hear the arguments so the only conclusion i can come to is the democrats know they are full of bullshit.
