    No, heaven will be empty. We will spend eternity in the new Jerusalem on the new Earth. (read the book of Revelation)

    Revelation tells us that there will be too large a crowd for anyone to count. Yes, Heaven is big enough for myriads of people, in addition to the angels and other heavenly beings.
