Get yourself a waterpik and a mouthwash that contains a little bit of hydrogen peroxide and a little bit of chlorhexidine you might have to make it yourself. They told me at age 20 that I had to take their treatments or I would develop gum disease I'm now 60 years old I've been treating my own mouth for the last 42 years and I've been quite successful.
