Which contemporary female royals have a poor sense of fashion?

Princess Sarah Fergusson and her daughters Beatrix and Eugenie have notoriously bad fashion sense. They try and fail.ย

Princess Royal doesn't seem to try - she has a look (country landowner) that she clearly thought worked for her in the 1970s and she sticks with it to this day.ย

The Queen herself breaks every fashion rule in the book - head to toe in a single colour - but because she is the Queen she makes her look fashionable.

Princess Kate is stylish in a rather plain way. Princess Sophie Wessex is also stylish in a slightly more adventurous way.

Princess Meghan tries and succeeds in being fashionable - and she is credited with transforming Prince Harry's style too.ย

The biggest paradox is Princess Camilla who, despite being ugly and charmless, wears the most stylish and adventurous outfits that almost always hit the mark.ย

The 80's called, they want the Duchess of Cornwall's shoulder pads back.

Camilla is the very definition of poor fashion sense. But, even if she chose the most beautifully tailored and fashionable clothing (which she does not), it couldnโ€™t help her overcome the fact that, sadly, she looks like the corpse of a withered hag.ย

None of them - what you might see as a poor sense of fashion, might be seen quite differently by others.ย ย  As long as anybody, royal or not, is comfortable and dressed appropriately for the occasion, who cares.

How dare anyone slate Anne, she would still look perfect in a bin bag.

I'm leaving Bea out of this, she's suffering enough.ย

Markle, if she counts for now, is proof that money can't buy good taste or the sense to know what works and what doesn't. Givenchy looks best on women with tiny waistlines. Not her apple shape. She's middle-aged. She's had time to notice her shape. Charles offered to buy her trousseau. She went to France because she's an a$$#0!&. He must be very disappointed with the results. At least there's that happy coincidence! She has Harry blending into the walls in a drab grey suit. I can't stand the Markle-Hewitts.ย

Sarah, Duchess of York. Her daughters sometimes make egregious choices. For these women, they may choose a perfectly fine dress, but choose accessories that add too much. They may choose a poorly-cut dress that doesn't suit their figures.

Anne, Princess Royal, doesn't always choose great ensembles. The fabric may not suit the cut of the clothes; patterns may be too much, the tailoring could be better... Anne looks best in simple, well-tailored clothing. As a young woman, she had a season or two where she chose colorful, simple, tailored ensembles and she looked to be the height of fashion.

The majority of them. Look at the state of Beatrice and Eugenie and their Mother.ย

in the 80's, the Duchess of York's (Andrew's wife) fashion taste was a little questionable, but the Queen reigned her in. (no pun intended). that's what the Queen does, keep order in the family. as little embarrassment as possible.
