Why is George HW Bush the only person who doesn't remember where he was during the Kennedy assassination?

He was ironically in Dallas by the way

    I definately don't remember where I was as I  was only four.

    Which Kennedy assassination are we talking about is the first issue.

    By the way over half of the US population can't tell you where they were then (or close to it). The median age in the US is about 39 years. Which puts that date out side the scope of a lot of us.
