i need a litraruy agent

    Go to your local library. Writers digest's back issues always have one focusing on agents, check through the back issues.

    Or walk over to their reference section, locate a book called Writers Market 2020 and turn to the agent section.

    If so, it's not very amusing.

    If you're serious, no, you don't need a literary agent.  You need English classes.
