Do local, not worth paying the extra $300 for them to put you to sleep. You wont feel anything, youll just feel the dentist pulling and hearing cracking. It might sound bad, its honestly not. When they put you to sleep, they take their sweet *** time, and some student would be performing the procedure on you. Also, the aftermath is so much worst when you get put to sleep, youll get bruises on your face and overload of blood.

When I got my wisdom tooth removed, I literally took 1 pain killer for the night of the procedure and was eating food normally within the next day.
