Why can’t atheists ACCEPT the fact that there are things that cannot be EXPLAINED and that God is one of them?

Atheist scum (no offence) CAN explain God....that is why they are atheists.
That and their love of sin.

God is not a mystery. He CAN be explained by reading His inspired Word, the Bible.
He even invites us to draw close to him in a father/son relationship.
(James 4:8) Draw close to God, and he will draw close to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, you indecisive ones.
(John 17:3) This means everlasting life, THEIR COMING TO KNOW YOU, the only true God, and the one whom you sent, Jesus Christ.
Jehovah's Witnessed invite all to come to know Jehovah God and draw close to him.

Because Christianity/Catholicism has a long history of erroneously insisting that mental phenomena are actually real, while science has long known that physical phenomena are the true basis of objective reality. God is merely a subjective mental phenomenon and is neither physically nor objectively real. It's not that God can't be explained, it's that He is not actually real.

There are things about a God that can be explained. There are things that are hard to understand but it does not mean God does not exist. It is hard to understand that God has no beginning. No one questions how and when gravity or the wind came into existence. Yet gravity is what keep our earth in orbit at a protective distance from the sun. The animals are constantly fed by plants that no one is taking the time to plant. Our solar system is in a mathematical order which only can be explain my a brilliant mind and not a big bang. Our bodies are wonderful made with a circular, digestive, and cell replacement system. An ancient book states this fact:Romans1:20 For his invisible qualities are clearly seen from the world’s creation onward, because they are perceived by the things made, even his eternal power and Godship, so that they are inexcusable. 21 For although they knew God, they did not glorify him as God nor did they thank him, but they became empty-headed in their reasonings and their senseless hearts became darkened. 22 Although claiming they were wise, they became foolish.

Their fantasy that there is no God, of course.

We know there are things that cannot be explained yet, that's not the issue. You could say magical fairies are one of them to see my point. The things we "know" that can't be explained yet are "actually" known to exist. Where with your God, I am just left with attempting to explain your irrationality, which is also baffling to a degree but somewhat understandable. Even when attempting to find explanations about things that actually exist, we make errors in reasoning that help rational people know what is not the explanation. This however does not work with "irrational" people who simply ignore when their reasoning is wrong in favor of their desired, irrational conclusion. In the real world, we do get closer to solving unsolved mysteries. In the case of understanding an imaginary God, we have not made any progress because there is actually nothing there to build upon but whatever the individual imagines, which changes and varies from person to person.

Because that's not how logic works. Things are not to be accepted unless the phenomenon has sufficient evidence to be developed into a theory.

Everything can and will be explained over time. Just because we don't have an answer for something right this second, does in no way even suggest a deity did it by default. That is dishonest and extremely stupid and lazy.

It's not the explainable that they don't accept, it's the existence of God.
None of your explanations or excuses for why you have no explanation, is sufficient to allow an atheist to accept the God's existence.
