--  Russian teams have been banned from ALL international sporting events for 4 years although, individual Russians, proven to be clean of drugs, may participate under a neutral banner/flag.

--  The ban on the nation is because, as a nation, they have openly violated drug bans.

--  With individuals, many are banned because of drugs, but they did that as individuals, not as a nation and some of the bans on individuals were caused by accidentally taking banned substances without knowingly doing so, while other did it deliberately.

Such hypocrisy when everyone else indulges in the International Chemical Games.

Let Russia compete; and lose their medals if caught out doping. No, I'm not a Russian troll either.

Yes. Their 'clean' athletes can compete but not represent Russia.

Individual athletes may be able to compete but not as representatives of Russia.

Russia is banned due to the widespread doping conspiracy and lack of cooperation with international anti-doping agencies.
