I'm convalescing from an illness. How can I feel less groggy?

Convalescing requires a lot of rest. That grogginess is your body telling you you need rest!
But you can get rid of it with CAFFEINE. Either coffee, or caffeine pills, or energy drinks--it's all caffeine.
If you're not already a caffeine addict (like me), take it easy at first. A 'standard' cup of coffee is 6 oz. Half of a 5-Hr Energy drink will get you totally wired if you're not used to caffeine.
