Anyone else find bread addictive?

Ate almost two loaves in two days... Again!

  • Some people say yes and have carb issues. So yeah, it can be. I never had that issue, my issue was with dairy crack known as cheese. Cheese is HIGHLY addictive. People try to lie and say it's healthy. Like there is no issue with it. BUT trust me, it produces the same pleasure feelings that sex and drugs too. People blame bread for everything, like it's the reason Pizza is so bad. Nope, it's the cheese. If you've ever had a double cheese pizza, you would know. Nobody is going to say, mmmm I'll have the bread and sauce pie thing. If you have an issue, try to cut it out of your diet, or just stick to whole grains and see if that helps!

    Yes, it's almost like cake. But if you eat too much bread, your digestive system, and your waistline, aren't going to like it.
