Cluster headache progression?

My husband has been experiencing cluster headaches for about 3 years now. They are always the worst in the fall to winter season change and usually last about a month. This year, he has had the clusters going on 2 months. His symptoms have not changed but I am getting concerned that it might be turning into something more because of the duration. Is this normal? He doesn't have health insurance so we'd rather not go back to the doctors right away.

  • I get random headaches if I sit down far too much and listen to weirdos online. To get over the headaches I had to start running and quit hot caffinated drinks like tea and coffee. Milk is probably a bad idea as well.

If he isn't going to the doc no one can diagnose or treat him on yahoo. So he will have to suffer.
