'worry' does not effectively treat heath conditions

You're ridiculous. See a therapist or a psychologist.

The secret to losing weight is very small suppers. If your body gets hungry while you're sleeping, then that is the only time that your body uses it's stored reserves.

Yes.  Being overweight usually indicates you are also not exercising enough.  Sudden cardiac arrest can happen if you suddenly have to do a high stress activity, like running from an assailant or running to help someone in distress.  Or even shoveling snow off your driveway.  It can also happen if your potassium levels get too low.  So drink your V8.  Eat more salads.  Walk 30 minutes every day.  Do a little interval training.  take up jogging.  Start on a keto diet.  Drink lots of water.

Yes, and a lot of other weight related health issues. Stay active, or eat healthier if you don't want to work harder to burn off the junk food.

Worry if you want it won't change anything.

If you're concerned about being "overweight" then DO something about it!
