Why do my legs go tingly and heavy after I drink ?
I’m 21 and went most my adult life not drinking besides the occasional party or social event. Recently I became depressed and started to drink only 1-2 drinks most nights probably for about a month now. Every single time I drink even just one shot of vodka or a few sips of wine my legs and/or feet go really heavy and tingly. I lay down right after I drink and that’s when I feel it. Does anyone know why? This never used to happen and has been happening for a week or two now!

Alcohol can aggravate restless leg syndrome but heavy & tingly does not sound like RLS.
If you are even mildly depressed, its best to avoid alcohol. Its insidiously deceptive.
