I sleep at 5 am and wake at 9 am for 20 years.will this affect me?
i think my body get used to eat..some night i wont even sleep and waking up for 48 hours and dont feel tired.i'm 34 by the way

The human body needs about 6-8 hours of sleep. Lack of sleep isn’t good and it can cause problems such as epilepsy.
